Here’s a simple, healthy smoothie me and my gorgeous friend made, in an attempt to make up for the junk food we’d eaten that weekend.
- 1 punnet of raspberries
- 3 bananas, peeled and chopped
- 3 kiwis, scooped out
- 125ml soy milk
- 1 x Alpro cherry dairy free yoghurt pot
- 1 x Alpro blueberry dairy free yoghurt pot
Blitz until smooth. Drink and pretend you’re detoxing.
