Purple Rain Smoothie

Here’s a simple, healthy smoothie me and my gorgeous friend made, in an attempt to make up for the junk food we’d eaten that weekend.

Ingredients:

  • 1 punnet of raspberries
  • 3 bananas, peeled and chopped
  • 3 kiwis, scooped out
  • 125ml soy milk
  • 1 x Alpro cherry dairy free yoghurt pot
  • 1 x Alpro blueberry dairy free yoghurt pot

Method:

Blitz until smooth. Drink and pretend you’re detoxing.
